Obviously we have to get rid of Blunder, but it takes two actions-which is all we have. Good thing we have Hocus Pocus in our hand.

1. Play Hocus Pocus. It takes one action but gives two, so now we have three actions.
2. Use two actions to put blunder on any pile except your own. Now your 3 coins are leading.
3. Draw from your empty pile to end the round!
