The only way you could end the game is by using both of your actions to draw. But then you are behind the left player. Luckily, you have Last Laugh...
1. Draw from your pile
2. Draw from your now empty pile, ending the round
3. Use your Last Laugh action to play your Medallion into the left player's keep, bringing them from 10 to 2 as Purity is now worthless.
